42 enterprises from east China’s Jiangsu province have been shortlisted on the China Top 500 list, according to the latest ranking jointly released on Wednesday by the China Enterprise Federation and China Entrepreneur Association.
Hengli Group, Shenghong Holdings, Shagang Steel, Nangang Steel, and GCL Group ranked in the top five on the list. Thirteen enterprises have recorded revenue of over 100 billion yuan, while 41 have maintained a steady growth trend with manufacturing enterprises accounting for 64.3%, demonstrating the solid foundation and outstanding advantages of Jiangsu's real economy. 56 enterprises in Jiangsu were shortlisted for China’s Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises, and 42 enterprises were shortlisted for China’s Top 500 Service Industry Enterprises. These enterprises have increased their R&D investment year by year, continuously consolidating the innovation-driven development strategy and effectively assisting the province's high-quality development.
