Products manufactured by joint ventures in east China’s Jiangsu province stole the limelight at the ongoing 6th China International Import Expo, showcasing the province’s growth momentum and high-quality development. Let’s take a close look.
At this year's CIIE, 442 representative new products, technologies, and services were exhibited, many of which were produced by foreign enterprises that have close cooperation with Jiangsu.
Shanghai Heraeus Electro-Nite Co., Ltd. made its sixth debut at the Expo for 6 consecutive years by showcasing a variety of key materials and technologies. A sub gun probe produced in its Taicang factory has received a lot of attention.
“The Taicang factory is our largest factory in China, and this product is the only one produced from Taicang among our three electrical testing factories,” said Wu Lingyun, Marketing Director of Shanghai Heraeus Electro-Nite Co., Ltd.
Time Medical showcased four new products, including pediatric magnetic resonance imaging systems and breast specific magnetic resonance imaging systems in a bid to provide fast and accurate medical imaging diagnosis services in segmented specialized fields.
“Our exhibition this time is not only about products produced in Hong Kong, but also about this machine produced by our Taizhou’s China Pharmaceutical Zone. I am pleased to introduce that our products from Taizhou’s China Pharmaceutical Zone can be exported to the world,” said Ma Qiyuan, Chairman and President of Time Medical Group.
Jiangsu has attracted many exhibitors with its strong manufacturing foundation. Changzhou, the city of new energy, attracted Volkswagen, General Motors, BMW, and Tesla by signing deals with 36 buyers for $500 million yuan. AstraZeneca, a globally renowned pharmaceutical company, continues to increase its investment in Taizhou with the signing and landing of a batch of new projects.
