In recent years, handball has made significant progress in China. At the Hangzhou Asian Games, both Chinese male and female handball teams achieved good results. This season, the return of several international players such as Wang Quan has shored up the strength of many teams. From November 17th to November 25th, 9 teams competed in the Suzhou leg of the event.
“Both in terms of software and hardware conditions, Suzhou has rich experience in organizing competitions, so we have also designated Suzhou as the venue for the first leg of this year’s men's handball competition,” said Cheng Qiao, Deputy Secretary General of the China Handball Association.
