Get ready to book train tickets for New Year’s Day holiday

The next China public holiday -- 2022 New Year’s Day starts from January 1 to 3. The pre-holiday train ticket sales will start tomorrow.

By then, passengers can book train tickets via 12306.cn, 12306 mobile app or 95105105 service hotline. The train tickets for January 1 will be available tomorrow, tickets for January 2 starting from December 19, and tickets for January 3 starting from December 20.

As the New Year’s Day and Spring Festival holidays approach, multiple cities have strengthened local epidemic prevention and control. At present, inbound travelers are required to show negative nucleic acid test results issued within the past 48 hours to visit Beijing, Xi’an and some other cities.

We call on all residents to pay close attention to the information on domestic medium-risk and high-risk areas and the cities that have reported confirmed cases. Avoid unnecessary trips to these places.
