党的二十大代表宋乐伟：报告全面部署了未来5年的目标任务和重大举措，为我们更好地推进现代化建设确立了“航向标”、勾画了“路线图”，提供了根本遵循。对于徐州来讲，关键是按照报告作出的战略安排，结合贯彻落实习近平总书记视察徐州时的指示精神，勇挑重担推进中国式现代化生动实践。坚持以推动高质量发展为鲜明主题，以创造高品质生活为重要目标，以实现高效能治理为坚强保障，展开现代化新徐州建设的壮美画卷。
Song Lewei, a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, said that the report comprehensively deployed the goals, tasks and major measures for the next five years, established a "course mark" and outlined a "roadmap" for us to better promote the modernization drive, and provided a fundamental basis for us to follow. For Xuzhou, we will follow the strategic arrangements made in the report and implement the instructions given by the General Secretary when he was on an inspection tour in Xuzhou, so as to shoulder the heavy responsibility and promote the vivid practice of Chinese path to modernization. 党的二十大代表徐缨：总书记在报告中明确了中国式现代化的重要内涵和本质要求，明确了建设社会主义现代化强国“两步走”的战略安排。报告中将人与自然和谐共生作为推进中国式现代化的重要内容，这充分体现了总书记对人与自然关系的深邃思考，对事关中华民族永续发展问题的高瞻远瞩和推进生态文明建设的坚定决心，坚定了我们坚持生态优先、绿色低碳发展的信心和决心。

走出具有徐州特色的高质量发展之路
党的二十大代表宋乐伟：总书记在报告中强调，“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”，要“建设现代化产业体系，坚持把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上”。就徐州而言，实体经济是徐州“建设产业强市、打造区域中心”的立身之本、财富之源，是我们推进现代化建设的坚实基础和支撑。
党的十九大后，习近平总书记首次到地方视察就来到徐州，在考察徐工集团重型机械有限公司时，他强调，“必须始终高度重视发展壮大实体经济，抓实体经济一定要抓好制造业”。这些年，我们以壮士断腕的决心改造升级传统产业，绿色低碳能源、新材料等新兴产业呈现强劲增长态势。

As far as Xuzhou is concerned, the real economy is the foundation and source of wealth for Xuzhou to "build a strong industrial city and a regional center", as well as a solid foundation and support for our modernization drive.
Xuzhou is the place where the General Secretary made his first regional inspection tour shortly after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. When inspecting XCMG Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., he stressed that "we must always attach great importance to the development and expansion of the real economy, and we must pay attention to the manufacturing industry when we focus on the real economy". Over the years, we have been determined to transform and upgrade traditional industries, and emerging industries such as green low-carbon energy and new materials have shown a strong momentum of growth. Q4.党的二十大报告中强调，“要加快发展方式绿色转型”。作为“国际湿地、沿海绿城”，盐城在这方面有哪些具体规划？

激活“沿海绿城”发展新动能
党的二十大代表徐缨：报告强调，要加快发展方式绿色转型，推动形成绿色低碳的生产方式和生活方式。这是新发展理念的重要内容，也是高质量发展的基本要求，回应了人民群众对未来美好生活的向往和期盼。
我们将始终站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展，锚定省委赋予盐城“勇当沿海地区高质量发展排头兵”的目标定位，以绿色低碳发展示范区建设为破题之钥，充分彰显“国际湿地、沿海绿城”的生态魅力、发展活力，为全国全省发展大局多作盐城贡献。
一是做好绿色生态的文章。一方面，要保护好生态这张“瓷名片”，另一方面，要打造好生态这张“金名片”。
二是做好绿色制造的文章。坚持把发展经济的着力点放在实体经济上，强化科技引领、数字赋能，推动产业绿色化和绿色产业化。
三是做好绿色能源的文章，打造长三角综合能源保障基地。
四是做好绿色宜居的文章。持续打好污染防治攻坚战，努力创造高品质绿色幸福生活。
“中国共产党领导人民打江山，守江山，守的是人民的心。”习近平总书记在报告中的这句话给世人留下了深刻印象，过去十年江苏的社会事业发展也印证了党和国家事业取得的历史性成就。十年来，江苏坚持以人民为中心，坚持把为民造福作为最大政绩，扎实推进共同富裕。

This country is its people; the people are the country. As the Communist Party of China has led the people in fighting to establish and develop the People's Republic, it has really been fighting for their support. This sentence quoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report has left a deep impression on the world. The development of social undertakings in Jiangsu in the past decade has also confirmed the historic achievements made in the cause of the Party and the country. Over the past decade, Jiangsu has steadily promoting common prosperity by insisting on taking the people as the center and taking the benefit of the people as its greatest political achievement.
Q5.托举民生幸福生活
过去十年，江苏成立专门协调机构、每年列出任务清单，加快建设一批社区嵌入式养老托育服务机构。新建、改扩建幼儿园近5000所，普惠性幼儿园覆盖率超过90%，建成普惠托育机构2600多家；建成护理院310家、占全国总数的39%，居家社区养老服务中心近2万个，养老服务床位从35.2万张增加到74.3万张。过去十年，弱有所扶的兜底保障网越织越大，越织越密。此外，十年来，江苏“百姓富”的成果更加丰硕，居民人均可支配收入翻了一番、城乡居民收入比从2.37:1降低为2.16:1，是全国城乡收入差距最小的省份之一。城镇新增就业年均超过140万人，占全国十分之一以上，全省基本公共服务标准化实现度超过90%，人民群众的获得感幸福感安全感明显增强。下一步，江苏该如何在发展中保障和改善民生，更好为民造福？
In the past decade, Jiangsu has set up a special coordination agency, made a task list every year, and accelerated the construction of a number of community embedded elderly care service institutions. Nearly 5000 kindergartens were newly built, reconstructed and expanded, ensuring that the coverage of inclusive kindergartens exceeded 90%. More than 2600 inclusive nurseries were built. 310 nursing homes have been built, accounting for 39% of the country's total. The province now registers nearly 20000 home-based community elderly care service centers by increasing the number of elderly care beds from 352000 to 743000. In the past decade, the province has woven a larger and denser supportive network for the vulnerable groups. Jiangsu doubled the per capita disposable income of residents with the income ratio of urban and rural residents decreasing from 2.37:1 to 2.16:1, making it one of the provinces with the smallest urban-rural income gap in China. 1.4 million new jobs were created in cities and towns each year, accounting for more than one tenth of the country's total. More than 90% of the provincial basic public services have been standardized, and people's sense of well-being and security have been significantly enhanced. In the next step, how should Jiangsu ensure and improve people's livelihood in the process of development and better benefit the people?
增进民生福祉 促进共同富裕
党的二十大代表沈剑荣：习总书记在党的二十大报告中提出，中国共产党领导人民打江山，守江山，守的是人民的心。习近平总书记立足和把握时代大局，将全体人民共同富裕提到更加突出位置，提出了新的阐释。
进入新阶段，我们首先要在高质量发展中促进共同富裕，持之以恒做大蛋糕，保持经济合理增长，巩固强化共同富裕的物质基础。
同时要保障机会公平，促进共享共通，加大人力资本普惠投入，更要强化各区域的协同发展，公共服务供给要更加均衡，为普惠性协调性发展提供政策支撑。
另外，共同富裕是一个长期的历史过程，要坚持实事求是，尽力而为，量力而行，靶向施策，实现不同群体，不同地区的共同富裕，不断取得阶段性标志性成果。
