　　10月22日，中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会闭幕会后，第二场“党代表通道”开启。在“党代表通道”接受采访时，党的二十大代表周海江介绍：企业发展壮大后，更好地服务国家发展的大局，是我们应尽的义务和责任。我们积极响应“一带一路”的倡议，我们联合了中柬两国企业在柬埔寨西哈努克省共建西港特区，在这个11.31平方公里的工业园内，目前入驻了有来自中国、欧美、东南亚等国家和地区的企业170家，解决了将近3万人的就业。而且他们的收入，原来全家全年不到300美元，现在每个员工每个月能够挣300美元。他们家的茅草屋被改造成了砖瓦房，有的买了摩托车、汽车，过上了幸福的小康生活。所以他们非常高兴，称赞我们的特区是他们的“金饭碗”！我们的特区为当地提供了强劲的发展动能，而且我们还组织志愿者团队捐建学校、捐建公园，而且免费义诊。所以当地人民非常支持我们，这也被誉为中柬务实合作的样板。

On October 22, after the closing meeting of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, the second "Party Delegate Channel" was opened. During the interview, Zhou Haijiang, a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, said: It is our duty and responsibility to better serve the overall situation of national development when the enterprise develops. We have actively responded to the "Belt and Road" initiative and built Sihanoukville Port Special Economic Zone in Sihanoukville Province of Cambodia through the collaboration of Chinese and Cambodian enterprises. In this 11.31-square-kilometer industrial park, 170 enterprises from China, Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions have settled, and nearly 30000 people have been employed. Speaking of their income, the family used to earn less than $300 a year, but now each employee can earn $300 a month. Their thatched houses have been transformed into brick houses, and some have bought motorcycles and cars, leading a happy well-off life. So they were very happy and praised our SEZ as their "golden rice bowl". Our special zone has given a strong impetus to local development. We also organized volunteer teams to donate to schools, parks and free clinics. Therefore, the local people support us very much, and our SEZ is regarded as a model of China-Cambodia practical cooperation.
