A total of 2770 talents from home and abroad have submitted their applications for the innovative and entrepreneurial talent program.
85% of the applicants are from overseas with 83 coming from the USA, Germany, Britain and some other countries.
90% of the cutting-edge technology projects are centered on intelligent manufacturing, new energy, new material, biomedicine, software and IOT.
