Recently, a group of sculptures of Blind Abing, a famous folk musician whose original name was Hua Yanjun, was newly built in the north of Yinglong Bridge. The Jiangyuanbang renovation project of Yinglongqiao Sub-district was completed recently, which not only eliminated black and odorous water, but also beautified the river banks. According to the history, before the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Abing often rapped news and played erhu in the areas of Yinglong Bridge and Pengxia Street. Therefore, the Liangxi District Bureau of Water Conservancy reproduced this historical scene by the bridge when treating the river.
