Li Min, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of Shuangdang Village, Xinhe Town, Shuyang City, has been hailed for her devotion to work. She has been elected a delegate to the upcoming CPC National Congress. Let’s take a close look.
Li Min was born in a farmer's family in 1990. At the age of 7, she lost her left arm in an accident.
After graduating from college, she returned home and engaged in e-commerce.
With unremitting efforts, Li Min's online flower and nursery stock stores are becoming more and more popular.
In 2017, Li Min applied to become a village cadre for rural revitalization.
Since starting working with the village administration, she has actively organized e-commerce training to help villagers set up online stores to get rich through e-commerce.
"My own business is getting better and better. I always remember that I am a party member and want to do my best to give back to the society," Li Min said.
Li Min has established a "New Village Cadre" not-for-profit livestreaming base in Shuangdang Village to train villagers through on-site teaching and e-commerce post.
Under the leadership of Li Min, Shuangdang Village has increased the number of e-commerce businesses from 200 to more than 400.
"She taught us carefully and guided us from 0 to 1 and from 1 to more which was very helpful to us," said Hu Mengsi, E-commerce Operator of Shuangdang Village.

Li Min has witnessed tremendous changes in Shuangdang Village in the past ten years since she returned to her hometown in 2012 to start his own business.
Li Min has also given full play to the existing ancient chestnut forest ecological park and cultural and tourism resources of the Chaliu River scenic belt in Shuangdang Village to promote the development of rural tourism industry and further promote rural revitalization.
"It is a great honor, a recognition and a heavy responsibility for me to be elected as a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Party. I will go all out to be a good leader in rural revitalization, lead the villagers to become rich and promote the scale, characteristics and branding of the flower and tree industry in my hometown," Li Min said.
