为进一步加强国际卫生交流合作，推动公立医院高质量发展，由中国医药教育协会主办，江苏省人民医院（南京医科大学第一附属医院）和苏州吴中区人民政府、苏州市卫健委等多家单位共同举办的“2023国际卫生合作大会暨中非医院对口合作论坛”，6月2-3日在苏州盛大开幕。
The 2023 International Health Cooperation and China-Africa Hospital Counterpart Cooperation Conference was held Friday and Saturday in Suzhou.
This conference is hosted by the China Medicine Education Association and jointly organized by Jiangsu Province Hospital, the People's Government of Wuzhong District in Suzhou, and the Suzhou Municipal Health Commission. With the theme of "Start again, start new, pursue development", the conference attracted industry leaders, top scientists from home and abroad, and experts and scholars conducting discussions and exchanges to help promote high-quality development of medical institutions.

Academicians, and top hospital managers from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, and Egypt, as well as over 200 academicians, hospital experts, managers, and leaders in the biopharmaceutical industry from all over the country, carried out multi-level and multi-dimensional interactions and exchanges by focusing on high-quality promotion of deep-seated reforms in China’s hospitals and hot topics such as hospital discipline construction, health talent cultivation, clinical frontiers, and international cooperation so as to provide more Chinese wisdom, solutions, and strength to build a community of human health.

According to Tarek Ahmed Youssef, Executive President of Ain Shams University Hospital, Egypt, the international cooperation especially China-Africa cooperation has good results and this would be directly infected in the patient's health. He hopes through the cooperation, young consultants and young generations could get more experience. Some sort of international certificates for training project may carry out in the future this could support Egypt and help with the developing countries and the people that need health support in Africa.
本次大会还设置了“落实国家中非对口医院合作，共建人类命运共同体分论坛”，分别围绕中非对口医院合作机制项目实施经验、“一带一路”国际合作实践、国际合作交流与人才培养等主题，汇聚国内外领域专家开展了深入交流，为项目深入高质量发展和国际合作新模式探索提供重要指导。作为江苏省内承担“30个中非对口医院合作机制”项目唯一单位，江苏省人民医院承担了与非洲埃及艾因夏姆斯大学医院，桑基巴尔吉文基区医院和克查克医院的对口合作。
A special session was set up in a bid to "Implementing National China-Africa Counterpart Hospital Cooperation and Build A Community with A Shared Future for Mankind". As the only medical institution in Jiangsu, Jiangsu Province Hospital has undertaken the 30 projects under the China-Africa Hospital Counterpart Cooperation mechanism, with three hospitals in Africa including Ain Shams University Hospital in Egypt, Kinvunge District Hospital in Zanzibar and ChakeChake Hospital in Zanzibar.

Recently, President Liu Yun led us on a visit to Egypt and Zanzibar, Wang Xiuqin, Director of International Cooperation Department, Jiangsu Province Hospital (The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University), introduced,“ this meeting brought together the deans of three hospitals and the heads of the International Cooperation of the Zanzibar Ministry of Health to China with the aim of using their personal experiences to tell a good story of China-Africa cooperation”.

本次大会共设医保与医学创新等21个专场，启动了“全球基层医疗慢病防治管理合作”“国际肿瘤学科人才培养项目”“中以消化病学科合作项目”“中非对口医院合作机制项目—南京医科大学客座教授聘任仪式”“向世界上最好的医院学创新项目”启动等系列活动，涵盖医院战略发展、学科建设、医学教育创新、人才培养等方面，为医院高质量发展带来新的全球助推力。
This conference set up 21 sessions such as Session on Health Insurance and Medical Innovations, and signed a series of projects including Global Primary Care Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Cooperation, International Oncology Talent Training Project and so on.
