Christophe Bachelet comes from Lille, a French city with lavender fragrance.
As a glass engineering specialist, he led all members of the company and made unremitting efforts to build the company into a leader in domestic utensils industry. He persuaded the headquarters to apply the core high-tech in Nanjing’s plant and this has greatly reduced the energy consumption level. He abandoned inorganic pigments and used pollution-free organic pigments instead.
He has also been actively promoting Sino-French friendship and exchanges. He has been to local universities to give speeches to French students and shared his entrepreneurial experience.
Nanjing is an indelible part of the life of Christophe and his family. They have lived in this city for eight years and they now have special feelings towards Nanjing. The city fostered the Christophe’s career development and enabled his family to grow from four to six people.
These years, Christophe witnessed the changes and development of Nanjing. He sincerely hopes that he can stay in China and in Nanjing for a longer period because he wanted to put into all his efforts in the glass industry and also to continue to feel the growth of Nanjing.
Christophe has won the "Jinling Friendship Award" and "Jiangsu Friendship Award."
