People from all over Jiangsu province held multiple events in the past several days to welcome the upcoming 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) National Congress, according to Jiangsu media on Sept 6.
90 photography pieces were showcased at an exhibition titled “Love in Wuxi” to reflect the city’s development and achievements under the leadership of the CPC. Paper-cutting lovers in the Jiefang community of the Sugu district in Suzhou city created intricate artworks for the congress.
Public welfare volunteers in Xuzhou city’s Feng county went to local farms and told young farmers revolutionary stories from before the founding of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) in 1949.
