On the occasion of the 33rd Teachers’ Day, a large-scale celebration was held in Nanjing on Wednesday under the auspice of the Jiangsu Provincial Education Department and Jiangsu Education TV Channel. A series of performances were staged during the event with the themed divided into three chapters "the fragrance of September", "the field of hope" and "shared dream" to vividly showcase the great achievements made by the educational sector in the province since the 18th CPC national congress under the guidance of general secretary Xi Jinping's education thought. Exemplary deeds of the role models in the educational sector were publicized at the celebration.
