The Second Jiangsu Provincial Speech Contest for Hearing-impaired Children was held in Nanjing on December 11, attracting 68 kids from the province’s 13 cities to participate in competition divided in three age groups, 3-6 years old, 7-10 years old and 11-14 years old respectively.
The top ten winners in each age group during the preliminary contest were eligible for the finals.
The excellent speeches by 30 children in the finals brought smiles and joys to the audience, and many were moved to tears.
