Chinese online travel agency Ctrip launched a themed outlet in Wuxi City on January 5, as it plans to open more physical stores to explore online and offline market.
The store is approved to provide currency exchange to both its customers and the public alike.
The Europe-themed store, one of Ctrip's outlets in Wuxi, is also the travel agency’s largest physical store in East China in order to boost its brand image.
By launching brick-and-mortar stores, Ctrip aims to bring its advantages in products, channels and resources from the Internet down to cities and towns across the country, expanding the online services to more customers.
