The CPC Provincial chief stressed that Party organizations at all levels in the province should take the spirit of studying and comprehending the important speech of the General Secretary as a major political task by coming to be aware that an overwhelming victory has been achieved in the strict governance of the party and the battle against corruption under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 19th National Congress and that the anti-corruption struggle are still severe and complicated, and there is still a long way in the strict governance of the party.
