Shen Guofang, the Party secretary of Zhangjiagang and Yao Jun, the president of Suzhou Central Branch of People Bank took part.
The city saw tremendous development in financial sector in 2018 and some new breakthroughs were made in financial indicators, said Shen. A total of 4,650 financial service platforms from Suzhou were launched.
He said the government will spare no efforts to support the city's financial market by providing an advantageous financial environment, rolling out preferential policies and luring financial talents.
