Jiangsu Province has five universities made to the list of 47 institutions of higher learning designated by the Ministry of Education as science and technology transfer base.
The five universities are Southeast University, Jiangnan University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Soochow University and Jiangsu University.
The ministry aims to promote universities to explore ways in S&T transfer.
