East China’s Jiangsu province will increase financial support to the listing of agricultural leading enterprises, fund awards, PPP projects, and inclusive finance in order to enlist the private sector in the promotion of rural revitalization.
The provincial finance will give 3 million yuan and 400,000 yuan respectively to agricultural leading enterprises headquartered in Jiangsu and listed on the Main Board and the New Third Board.
The provincial government will provide 200,000 yuan inclusive financial assistance to the flagship agricultural enterprises listed in the Jiangsu Equity Center.
Rural revitalization PPP projects will be encouraged to apply for the funding for provincial pilot projects. For rural revitalization projects in the field of green environmental protection with private enterprises as the main social capital party, the award-added standard will be increased by 10% on the existing basis.
The provincial government investment funds engaged in agricultural and rural projects can have the excess returns partially or fully transferred to social capital in a bid to amplify the government investment fund guidance and leverage action.
The government will give priority support to the social capital earmarked for investment construction and operation to improve the rural human settlements environment public service projects. Priority will be given to major projects that can lead to the development of local regional industries.
