The first Southeast Asian container truck from Suzhou to Vietnam departed on Tuesday from the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of the Suzhou New and High-tech Zone. The newly-opened container truck will provide intensive and personalized logistics services for bulk cargo transportation. The bulk cargo is packed and consolidated in the warehouses in Suzhou for the unified customs clearance procedures before it heads for Pingxiang city of southwest China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The cargo will eventually travel into the transshipment center in Vietnam before they are sent to Southeast Asian countries. 25 trucks will be put into service on the Suzhou-Vietnam truck line twice a week.
