88 highway check points across Jiangsu province were removed on Sunday evening. 43 water check points across the province other than those in Yangzhou were also removed.
Starting on Monday, Nanjing removed all the highway and water check points with four remained at the border area between Nanjing and Yangzhou.
The Caozhuang toll station of Nanjing-Luoyang Expressway is the junction of Jiangsu and Anhui, and one of the 88 highway inspection points around the province.

The Provincial Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control has required Yangzhou to continue with the strict prevention and control of the outbound transmission of the epidemic. Divers of vehicles and boats and passengers leaving Yangzhou must present a nucleic acid test report taken within 48 hours and show their health code.
In accordance with the epidemic prevention and control requirements, Nanjing has left four highway checkpoints operational, including the checkpoint on national highway 328.
