With the first truckload of concrete poured into the trough on Monday, the first continuous beam of the Nantong Port Railway was connected, marking a breakthrough in this national key project and laying the foundation for the on-time completion of the project.

The Nantong Port Railway will speed up the construction and improvement of Tongzhou Bay's collection and distribution system, promote the river-sea transportation system, and make Tonghai Port an international modern container terminal and a benchmark container port area in the Yangtze River Basin. It is of great significance to promoting the development and construction of surrounding parks.
Work has been completed on the concrete pouring of the first side wall of the shield starting shaft of the Jiangyin-Jingjiang Yangtze River Tunnel, marking a new stage in the construction of the main structure.
