一、活动介绍
新时代丝路青年跨越山海,心意相通,梦想相连。2021“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛特别对话将于12月17日举办,现面向“一带一路”沿线国家青年发起“家乡之美”主题创意作品全球征集活动,邀请“一带一路”沿线国家青年积极展现家乡人文风貌之美,增强其对家乡文化遗产的关注和保护意识,创新文化交流方式,促进丝路青年之间的相互了解,为共建“一带一路”美好未来贡献才智,不懈努力。
二、征稿要求
1.所有参评作品须个人原创。思想积极向上,紧扣主题,真情实感;
2.参与者须来自“一带一路”沿线国家,年龄在18至45周岁;
3.文字作品不超过200个汉字(或150个英文单词);平面作品(绘画、书法、漫画等)每人限1幅,组画不超过4幅;视频作品时长不超过2分钟,并以“我爱XXX”收尾(“XXX”指视频中展示的城市,例:“我爱南京/I love Nanjing”)。
三、稿酬标准
1.活动设置一等奖1名,稿酬3000元(约500美元);二等奖2名,稿酬2000元(约300美元);三等奖3名,稿酬1200元(约200美元);优秀奖10名,稿酬600元(约100美元)。所有有效作品的作者均将获得荣誉证书。
2.以上奖金均含税。
四、结果发布
拟于2021年12月17日举办线上分享会,并发布评选结果。

The 2021 IYF Special Dialogue is now launching a call for entries themed as “My Beautiful Hometown”.
About the Call
All participants are kindly requested to create a piece of work speaking for their hometowns, cities or regions.
Here are the tips for entries:
1. Who can participate?
This call is open to all the young population aged between 18 and 45 from countries or regions along the silk roads.
2. What are we expecting?
A piece of original writing, art creation, or video work to introduce a topic from your hometown, like cultural heritages, unique landmarks, local customs, culinary traditions, and/or featured handicrafts.
A writing piece of any genre, no more than 150 words in English (or 200 words in Chinese), or
A piece of artwork like painting, calligraphy and/or comics; for comic strips or painting series, the number of art pieces is limited to no more than four; or
A video clip no longer than 2 minutes, ending with “I love XXX” (XXX refers to your hometown. e.g. “I love Nanjing”).
Please be noted that all works shall be original, and have a strong connection to “hometown”.
3. Awards:
Based on the panel selection, certificates will be awarded to ten winners for Outstanding Creation, three for Third Prize, two for Second Prize, and one for First Prize.
All participants with eligible submissions will receive Certificates of Recognition.
4. Copyrights and Remuneration:
Your submission means that you have granted to the organizers the non-exclusive rights to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate or make available to the public your creative pieces, and you hereby consent that your work will be used for non-profit educational or public information uses.
In return, a remuneration of ¥3000 (appr. $500) will be made to the First Prize winner, while ¥2000 (appr. $300) to each Second Prize, ¥1200 (appr. $200) to each Third Prize, and ¥600 (appr. $100) to each Outstanding Creation. Please be noted that all the remunerations are tax-inclusive.
5. The Results:
The results will be announced on the online sharing session which will be held on 17th December.
