East China’s Jiangsu province has taken the lead in the country in the full-scale implementation of electronic transportation licenses.
According to a press conference held Thursday by the provincial department of transportation and the provincial administrative affairs office, Jiangsu has taken the lead in the country in the full-scale implementation of electronic transportation licenses. Starting on December 22, Jiangsu will expand electronic licenses from road transportation to water transportation, ports, engineering construction and other transportation industries, making the province take the lead in the country in the full-scale implementation of electronic transportation licenses. China had registered 393 million motor vehicles and 479 million registered drivers by the end of November, according to the Ministry of Public Security.
