The city of Wuxi in Jiangsu province kicked off on Thursday the national pilot city program for blockchain innovation and application, making it the only pilot city of this national program in Jiangsu.

By 2024, Wuxi will register 250 billion yuan in added value of the core industries of the digital economy, create 50 benchmarking scenarios for digital life, and build 35 benchmarking multi-scenario applications, contributing to digital China by building a pilot digital city.
