At this year's Provincial People's Congress, the government work report proposed to vigorously promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization in order to further activate this key increment.
Efforts will be made to support more than 5,000 industrial enterprises above designated size to implement intelligent transformation and digital transformation, encourage outstanding foreign-funded enterprises, private enterprises, and large-scale platforms to export "smart brains", and promote intelligent and digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
According to the "Jiangsu Digital Economy Acceleration Action Implementation Plan" jointly issued by eight provincial government departments at the beginning of the year, by 2023, Jiangsu will build 100 key industrial Internet platforms, 150 industrial Internet benchmark factories, and 10 thousand star-level cloud companies, a strong indication that the digital economy has become an important support for the high-quality development of Jiangsu.

By 2023, Jiangsu will launch no less than 500 various digital application scenarios, build no less than 20 star-rated information consumption comprehensive experience centers, cultivate 20 key consumer-level Internet platforms, and strive to create a new highland for the innovation and development of the digital economy.
