East China’s Jiangsu province has pioneered the job title system for outstanding engineers in digital economy, the provincial department of social security and human resources said recently.
Jiangsu will strengthen the cultivation of digital economy talents, formulate a development plan for digital economy talents, and gather a group of top digital talents, digital makers, and digital craftsmen. Jiangsu will be the first in the country to establish a title system for outstanding engineers in the digital economy by training 1,000 outstanding engineers in the digital economy every year. The province will build a new batch of digital skills professional training bases, skill master studios, and hold advanced digital skills training courses to help the construction of "Digital Jiangsu" through a series of measures.
