East China’s Jiangsu province has continued to optimize the effective mechanism that is compatible with the covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, and prevent the inbound transmission of the epidemic from overseas so as to ensure smooth traffic and logistics, and transport important materials at stable prices and sufficient supplies.

Law enforcement officers from multiple departments have enhanced the inspection on the vehicles traveling to Nanjing from medium- and high-risk areas by standing on duty at the Nanjing Toll Station on the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway 24 hours a day.

Nanjing has set up 70 highway inspection stations, and adopted antigen screening + nucleic acid diagnosis to test drivers and passengers arriving in Nanjing.

Those who come from areas with reported cases of the epidemic must also present a negative nucleic acid test certificate valid within 48 hours.

Since March 28, Nanjing has provided an appointment service for vehicles from areas with reported confirmed cases of the epidemic.

The vehicles that have completed the reservation can pass quickly with the electronic clear pass when it arrives at the expressway toll booth.

With the help of the government data sharing platform, Suzhou has been able to share more than 950 million pieces of multi-source data such as material allocation and nucleic acid testing in real time, which strongly supports the targeted prevention and control of the epidemic.

Tang Jing, Deputy Director of Suzhou Big Data Administration, said that they have urgently developed a visitor information registration platform which has been connected to the emergency materials and personnel transportation vehicle pass management platform. They have also launched the same-screen display query service of "one code, one card, two results", which has effectively supported the screening of visitors to Suzhou amid epidemic prevention and control.
