Jiangsu launched on Friday a province-wide online job fair for college graduates in a bid to ensure that the province will be able to offer job vacancies to as many fresh graduates as possible through a 100-day recruitment promotion campaign.
In order to ensure that the fresh graduates are employed, Nanjing University of Technology has built online interview rooms to facilitate virtual communication between graduates and employers.
From July last year to April this year, colleges and universities in Jiangsu held 1,380 online job fairs, and released 1.822 million job vacancies for college graduates in 2022.
The education department in Jiangsu will also organize a 100-day coordinated campus recruitment campaign across the province to ensure that graduates are employed.
