The award-giving ceremony for 8th 3S Cup University Bio-Internet Technology and Application "Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Excellence" Competition was held in Nanjing recently.
More than 500 student teams from 85 colleges and universities in 26 provincial administrative regions in China signed up for the competition. 80 creative, innovative and entrepreneurial projects entered the final review, and 20 first prizes were awarded.
The "Traffic Light Control Model Based on Multi-Channel Vehicle Detection and Stereo Feature Labeling" presented by Zhang Nan's team from the School of Internet of Things, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications helps solve the problem of overloaded traffic in cities during the current morning and evening peak hours.
This competition stimulates the innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit of college students, and improves the ability of college students to discover, ask and solve problems in the field of Internet of Things technology and application.
