East China’s Jiangsu province has issued measures to promote the high-quality development and explore the development path of digital trade, according to the "Several Measures to Promote the Accelerated Development of Digital Trade" recently issued by the provincial government.
According to 17 specific measures in six areas, Jiangsu will focus on improving the diversified industrial chain of digital trade, strengthening the multi-level market players of digital trade, and building a multi-factor promotion platform for digital trade.
Efforts will be made to improve the diversified industrial chain of digital trade, give full play to the advantages of Jiangsu's service outsourcing industry, actively promote new business forms and new models including crowdsourcing, cloud outsourcing, and platform subcontracting, accelerate the integrated development of service outsourcing and manufacturing, and cultivate new growth engines for digital content services.
Jiangsu will go all out to expand the multi-level market players of digital trade, strengthen the introduction and training of leading digital trade enterprises, encourage and support the construction of digital trade innovation incubation bases in various places, and incubate a number of digital trade innovation and entrepreneurship projects and enterprises.
Through comprehensive measures, Jiangsu will strive to build 30 digital trade bases in the province by 2025, cultivate 10 leading digital trade enterprises in the country's sub-sectors, and develop more than 50 digital trade enterprises with annual exports exceeding 100 million US dollars so as to basically build a digital trade highland with global competitiveness.
