East China’s Jiangsu province steadily increased the volume of railway and waterway freight, promoted the development of multimodal transport, and constantly optimized the transport structure in the first three quarters so as to have provided a strong momentum for the stability and smoothness of the supply chain and industrial chain.

In the first three quarters, Jiangsu reported 64.637 million tons of railway freight, up 7.3% year on year, and 800 million tons of waterway freight, up 14.5% year on year.
