He said that legislation must focus on the development of people's democracy in the whole process, and widely absorb public opinion and pool people's wisdom, so that the process of drafting regulations becomes the process of practicing people's democracy in the whole process, and the regulations become the landmark achievement of promoting and developing people's democracy in the whole process of legislation.
Li Xiaomin requested that the legislative process focus on the requirements of high quality and deepen, adhere to the comprehensiveness of the basic medical insurance, strengthen the coverage of medical assistance, ensure the sustainability of the operation of the basic medical insurance fund, improve the convenience of medical security public services, and enhance the rigidity of medical security supervision and management for the synergy of medical insurance, medical treatment, and medical development.
