Provincial government departments in east China’s Jiangsu Province have jointly issued relevant measures to further invigorate automobile circulation and expand automobile consumption.
Jiangsu will continue to implement the vehicle purchase tax exemption policy for new energy vehicles, promote the sales of new energy vehicles at the grassroots level so as to promote vehicle sales, charging facilities, financial services, maintenance, preferential policies, and live broadcast e-commerce.
At the same time, Jiangsu will complement the weak points in the construction of charging facilities in counties and towns, speed up the layout and construction of expressway fast charging network, and ease the difficult access to charging on holidays.
Jiangsu will eliminate unreasonable restrictions on second-hand car sales by fully implementing the "trans-provincial handling" of second-hand car transaction registration.
Jiangsu will also actively promote the export of second-hand cars, promote the optimization of second-hand car export service supervision, and steadily expand the scale of second-hand car export.
Jiangsu encourages all regions to introduce incentive and subsidy measures to promote the withdrawal of old vehicles, and increase support for construction projects of end-of-life vehicle recycling enterprises.
Jiangsu has also required efforts to enrich the supply of auto financial services, support the expansion of the county-level auto consumer market, promote the entry of consumer financial services into the grassroots, and release the potential of rural consumption.
