Xu Kunlin pointed out that to consolidate and expand the momentum of economic recovery, we must give full play to the traction and driving role of major projects in stabilizing investment, adjusting structure and promoting development.
He asked the province to strengthen its awareness and ability to promote development by relying on projects, continue to strengthen the work of project planning, implementation and development, and fully promote the 220 major provincial projects to be implemented within the year, so as to contribute more high-quality increments to the high-quality development of the national economy.
Xu Kunlin pointed out that to vigorously promote the implementation and effectiveness of major projects, it is necessary to strengthen the speed and progress of construction, solve all difficulties, guarantee the expectations of the market players, strengthen the land supply, financial support, and energy supply, and ensure that the project can start construction and reach the production capacity on schedule.
The governor requested that efforts should be made to create a market-oriented and legalized international first-class business environment, strive to invest more funds in Jiangsu, transform more scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu, and settle more high-quality projects in Jiangsu, continue to promote the joint efforts of major project construction, strengthen the implementation of a package of national and provincial policies to stabilize the economy, and continue to create a new situation for major project construction.
