Jiangsu will support the construction of the modern commercial circulation system and the promotion of consumption, and the provincial commercial development fund will give special support to continue to hold the Four Seasons theme series shopping festival.

Jiangsu will also organize the promotion and application of new energy vehicles and the sales of green smart appliances in rural areas, continue to implement the policy of exemption of vehicle purchase tax on new energy vehicles, and support the five state-owned oil companies to carry out sales and profit transfer and expand oil consumption.
In addition, Jiangsu will also carry out activities such as catering-based consumption promotion, take advantage of the opportunity to promote the recovery of contact consumption such as accommodation catering and commercial retail, and constantly explore new growth points.
One of the key contents of the 42 measures is to accelerate the recovery of the Jiangsu cultural tourism market and stimulate the potential of cultural tourism consumption. During the Spring Festival holiday, the number of the province’s domestic tourists and tourism income recovered to 121.3% and 100.6% respectively in the same period of 2019.
In order to consolidate the current momentum of recovery, the provincial cultural and tourism department will reduce the interest rate of the tourism industry development fund, increase the proportion of new projects, and help cultural and tourism enterprises alleviate the operational pressure and increase the development momentum.
