Eighth day after the Türkiye earthquake, the Chinese rescue teams rushed to rescue many survivors from the ruins of Türkiye's earthquake stricken areas. Miracles do exist. Let’s take a close look.

On the evening of February 12 local time, more than 150 hours after the earthquake, the rescue volunteers sent by Yangzhou and the local rescue team of Türkiye rescued a 23-year-old woman from the rubble in the Turkish-Syrian border city of Adyaman.

"The rescued person is very weak. When she was rescued, we were all very happy. That's why we came all the way here." Tong Bo, Rescue volunteer from Yangzhou City said.

A few days ago, some children rescued in the earthquake thanked the three Blue Sky rescuers from Changzhou. He Yun, the leader of the Jintan Team of Changzhou Blue Sky Rescue Team, said that although he didn't know the language of the children, smile has no borders. He hoped to help the people of Türkiye tide over difficulties through his own efforts.

"At present, our team has rescued 3 people. The oldest rescued person is an 85-year-old man. Since yesterday, another group of our team members have arrived in the earthquake area. The United Nations assigned us to Area 3 where we are the only international rescue team." He Yun, Leader of the Jintan Team of Changzhou Blue Sky Rescue Team said.

In order to track people buried in the rubbles, the rescue team divided the rescuers into survey team, search and rescue team and medical team in groups, and carried out on-site operations in three shifts to reduce the working pressure and intensity.

"At the end of life rescue, our focus will also shift from life rescue to help the local government with the relief work. The members of our first echelon will return to China in batches." Tian Hui, Leader of Changzhou Zhonglou Rescue Team said.
