In 2023, Jiangsu will further build a modern industrial system, accelerate the construction of a national high-quality manufacturing development demonstration zone and an internationally competitive advanced manufacturing base by introducing a number of supporting policies and measures in artificial intelligence, energy conservation and environmental protection industries to seize the development opportunities.
Efforts will be made to promote the quality and volume expansion of competitive industries such as new energy vehicles, power batteries and photovoltaic.
Jiangsu will make every effort to improve the risk prevention mechanism of the supply chain of the industrial chain, promote the cultivation of clusters and strengthen the industrial chain, and accelerate the construction of an enterprise-oriented manufacturing innovation system.
The province will also lay out a number of provincial manufacturing innovation centers, give full play to the role of digital technology in the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and consolidate competitive industries such as integrated circuits, the Internet of Things, photovoltaic cells, and software.
Jiangsu will also strive to continue to strengthen local enterprises with independent brands, deeply implement the three-year action plan for the cultivation of specialized and special new enterprises and the implementation rules for the gradient cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry.
