Jiangsu has revised and implemented the "Implementation Opinions of the Provincial Government on Strengthening the Construction of Government Integrity", in order to effectively promote the construction of integrity in Jiangsu and optimize the business environment, according to a press conference held by the provincial government on Wednesday.
Consisting of five parts and 21 articles, the revised "Implementation Opinions" are centered around the establishment and improvement of the government credit management system, strengthening the construction of government integrity in key areas, constructing a widely effective government integrity supervision system, and improving guarantee measures. By 2025, Jiangsu will ensure the full coverage of government credit information records so as to significantly improve the level of government integrity in the province. In response to the new situation and requirements in the current construction of government integrity, the "Implementation Opinions" emphasize the inclusion of illegal and dishonest information in the records of government departments and civil servants during the performance of their duties, adhere to the measures of combining rewards and punishments, and develop a task division table.
