Various regions in Jiangsu have established effective employment platforms through two-way selection and negotiation meetings, and helped college graduates find employment faster and better through multiple channels.
Zhenjiang also held a summer talent exchange fair to help more outstanding college students return to their hometowns for development so as to help Zhenjiang create a highland for the integration of industry, talent, urban, and education development in the Yangtze River Delta.
“As a talent introduction envoy, I have a better understanding of the situation and policies in Zhenjiang. Nowadays, the development of Zhenjiang is booming, and our talent introduction policies are getting better by providing talent living subsidies and talent housing subsidies for talents who come to Zhenjiang for development,” said Zhang Nan, a job seeker.
At a summer talent exchange fair held at Lianyungang, 150 enterprises in petrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, new materials, new energy, and high-end equipment manufacturing industries released over 7000 job vacancies for nearly 5000 job seekers.
“We provide these preferential policies to facilitate the employment of college students, and we also want to create a talent reserve to enhance the company's fresh blood,” Liu Lulu, HR Manager of Wanlian Automobile Trading Plaza Co., Ltd., said.
Hai'an and Taixing also held large-scale summer talent fairs recently. Technical jobs and administrative management are among the most attractive with most job seekers being college graduates.
