In the first seven months, China recorded a stable operation of the software and information technology service industry, with software business revenue maintaining double-digit growth and total profit growth accelerating, according to statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
In the first seven months, China recorded a software sales revenue of 6457 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.6%, and a year-on-year increase of 13.4% in total profit.
From January to July, China recorded a revenue of 4302.2 billion yuan from information technology services, a year-on-year increase of 14.8%, accounting for 66.6% of the industry's total revenue. The country also reported a revenue of 640.9 billion yuan from cloud computing and big data services, an increase of 16.2% year-on-year, accounting for 14.9% of the country’s information technology service revenue.
The Chinese software industry has achieved double-digit year-on-year growth in both revenue scale and total profit for seven consecutive months, with software business growth rates in key cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen exceeding the national average.
