Wuxi" Urban Cultural Exchange Festival on Friday. Let's take a look.
With the theme of "Promote Mutual Learning and Exchanges, Celebrate Diversity of Civilizations", the Festival is designed to promote Wuxi city's image as a shining pearl of Taihu Lake and prosperous land of Jiangnan region, and present a credible, lovely and respectable image of China to the world.
Present at the event were diplomats from Thailand, Dominica, Sierra Leone, and Ecuador. After appreciating a calligraphy work with Chinese characters meaning "ambassadors' visit to Wuxi", they started their two-day journey in the city on the same day, during which they visited the Wuxi National Digital Film Industrial Park, attended the 2023 Taihu Lake Concert, toured Huishan Ancient Town, and explored Nanshan IoV (Internet of Vehicles) Town.
Wuxi has always valued international exchanges and cooperation. The city has built economic and trade relations with more than 220 countries and regions and forged friendly and cooperative relations with 50 cities in 28 countries.
Taking this urban cultural exchange festival as a new starting point, Wuxi will give full play to intelligent technology to step up media integration, promote mutual learning of civilizations from an international perspective, so as to enhance the city’s excellent brand power and international influence and assist in the city’s high-quality development.
