Jiangsu will conduct a comprehensive assessment of high-quality development for the year 2023, according to a work mobilization and deployment meeting held in Nanjing on Tuesday. Shen Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and Director of the Assessment Office of the Provincial Party Committee, addressed the meeting.
Shen Ying pointed out that carrying out comprehensive assessment of high-quality development is a specific measure to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions, an important lever to promote the implementation of high-quality development goals and tasks, and an important means to promote cadres to take responsibility so that we must grasp the comprehensive assessment work with a high sense of political responsibility.
Shen Ying emphasized that this year's comprehensive assessment will focus on the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the annual key tasks of the Provincial Party Committee and Government by addressing actual achievements, practical application, improvement of work methods and effects of rewarding and punishing.
