He made inquiry into the traffic infrastructure, agricultural parks and horticulture parks, emphasizing that it is necessary to study how to better connect with the construction of Shanghai International Ecological Island by systematically planning the development of ecological protection, transportation facilities, agricultural tourism and other industries.

He hoped that Nantong will seize the opportunities from the promotion of the Belt and Road initiative to give a strong impetus to the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, and the construction of transportation facilities so as to speed up the construction of a modern economic system and the creation of new engines for the province’s growth.
