About 100 children painted a 100 meter-long painting Saturday morning to celebrate the past International Children’s Day. The kids from all around the world painted their own imagination together despite the burning sun. Take a look!
As part of the activity of Youchenghui, the International Youth Painting Competition, the celebration saw 100 kids from all around the world paint together at Nanjing International Youth Culture Park with the theme “The Future of Dreams”.
The activity lasted for an hour, and all the children worked together despite the heat and finished a wonderful piece of art by working with each other. Paintings done and friendship enhanced!
Since its Launch in 2017, Youchenghui International Youth Painting Competition has collected a total of nearly 180,000 paintings from cities in Jiangsu Province and sister cities of Jiangsu all around the world.
This year's Youchenghui International Youth Painting Competition was officially launched in May 2018. It will collect paintings from children aged 4-12 around the world. At present, nearly 10,000 paintings have been received from 13 cities from home and abroad for the preliminary stage.
