The CPC Huai'an Committee and local government recently issued a new directive to offer more support to the development of high-tech enterprises, one of the strongest such moves in Jiangsu.
Funded by the city’s finance bureau, a subsidy up to 400,000 yuan will be provided to eligible enterprises for the first time, the largest amount in the province.
Companies that get re-selected as a national-level high-tech enterprise will receive a subsidy of 200,000 yuan. Among city-level finance bureaus in Jiangsu, Huai’an also makes the largest input with such a move.
From 2019, candidates in promising high-tech companies at the provincial and city levels will be granted 100,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan, respectively.
