Li Yufu asked relevant government departments to put trade union construction at the township or sub-street level in a more prominent position, adhere to the party building leadership, strengthen overall planning, focus on improving the quality of trade union construction at the township or sub-street level, exert the important role of the township sub-street trade unions, and strive to break through the bottlenecks of the trade union construction at the township or sub-street level.
