The sixth session of the Council for the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone was held Thursday through video link. Among the speakers at the virtual meeting were Chen Jinbiao, the rotating chairman of the council, member of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and executive vice governor, Wu Qing, the chairman of the council, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and executive vice mayor, and Fei Gaoyun, the chairman of council, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Executive Vice Governor.
Fei Gaoyun pointed out that since its establishment more than two years ago, the demonstration zone has closely followed the major mission of "integrated institutional innovation experimental field" by launching two batches of institutional innovation results with high gold content, strong demonstration and wide application.
He hoped that Jiangsu would continue to deepen its efforts to tackle tough problems and make targeted efforts, continue to amplify the "spillover effect" of institutional innovation, increase the intensity of integrated institutional innovation, and promote the formation of more innovative achievements.
He asked all parts of the province to gather resources, concentrate strength, continuously stimulate the promotion effect of project construction,further accelerate the planning and implementation of major projects, produce a number of landmark construction achievements, and continuously improve the effect and quality of the construction of demonstration zones.
Fei Gaoyun also asked the relevant departments and regions in Jiangsu to work together, pay close attention to project implementation, give full play to the policy support, ensure the quality of development, promote the implementation of various support policies, and turn them into endogenous driving forces for construction and development as soon as possible.
