Yonglian Village in Zhangjiagang is a model of rural reform and development in southern Jiangsu. As the Secretary of the Party Committee of Yonglian Village, Wu Huifang has been kept busy at the front line of rural construction, leading Yonglian Village to lead the province and even the country in exploring rural reform and development.
Since being elected to the 13th National People's Congress in 2018, Wu Huifang has put forward 16 opinions and suggestions on rural revitalization, talent team construction and digital economy.

This is the second time that Li Chengxia has been elected as a deputy to the National People's Congress. In the past five years, as an NPC deputy from the migrant workers, she has put forward suggestions on social security, medical care, children's education and the construction of industrial workers for migrant workers. Among them, the suggestion of "expanding the coverage of social security for migrant workers" was listed as the key suggestion under supervision by the National People's Congress.
